Mass Management Consultants, Inc. ("MMC") was formed by highly-regarded management and technology expert and consultant Randall Mass in 1996. Mr. Mass has over 20 years experience tackling complex organizational, strategic, and technological issues for some the world’s top companies and government agencies.


MMC was originally created to provide consulting services to commercial FORTUNE 100 clients. Mr. Mass and the MMC team have worked with over 30 global clients, including American Express, Royal Dutch Shell, Georgia Pacific, Novartis, FieldCrest Cannon, Aetna, AIG, Procter and Gamble, McDonalds, and other leading organizations.


In 2002, MMC expanded its practice to include clients in the Federal government sector, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other government organizations. MMC has worked with leading government contractors, such as Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen and Hamilton, and ICF Consulting.



Who MMC Works For?

Much of what MMC accomplishes has a strong financial component.

Approximately 40% of MMC’s engagements have been conducted for CFOs in the financial, accounting, or fiscal performance areas. These include efforts that focus on capital planning, functional and organizational consolidation, and improving overall financial management processes.

Also, another 40% of MMC’s assignments have been conducted for CIO’s. These assignments include initiatives involving enterprise architecture, requirements analysis, IT strategy, and software selection, design and implementation.
